Arrival at San José, Costa Rica. Transfer to your hotel.
Welcome to Costa Rica! Once you have passed immigration and customs and exited the airport doors, you will meet one of our travel representatives with a sign reading your name. He will drive you to your hotel in San Jose and give you your welcome kit.
Domestic flight to Golfito. From Golfito boat transfer to Golfo Dulce, Nicuesa Lodge.
The Osa Peninsula counts among the highlights of every Costa Rica visit. This hidden gem is bound on the northwest by Drake Bay, on the west by the Pacific Ocean and on the east by the Golfo Dulce. It is home to the extensive Corcovado National Park, which covers two thirds of the Peninusla with lush, undiscovered rainforest and an impressive diversity of flora and fauna. Puerto Jimenez is located at the protected inner coast of the Golfo Dulce, offering pristine beaches and warm blue water shelters for dolphins and whales. The Osa Peninsula is one of the best place to go in the world to offer the adventurous traveler a truly authentic nature experience.

Arenal Volcano located in La Fortuna, is the most iconic volcano in Costa Rica. Its perfectly coned shaped volcano was the most active volcano up until 2010. Since July 29, 1968 when Arenal Volcano first erupted, caused massive damage and destroyed the town of Tabacon, visitors came to witness the earth rumble and the lava flow from afar. Tourism and attractions in the area flourished. One of the most popular reasons to visit Arenal Volcano (besides all of the adventure activities in the area) are the wonderful volcano heated hot springs that come from the geothermal activity beneath Arenal.

This day one of our transport representatives will pick you up at your hotel for a private transfer to your hotel in San Jose. The transfer time will be approximately 3 hours.
